Protocolo de recepción y despacho del servicio de atención de urgencias, emergencias y desastres del cuerpo de bomberos voluntarios del municipio de Rionegro

Abstract

Rionegro es un municipio potencia en desarrollo y crecimiento en el oriente antioqueño, donde se encuentra ubicada una amplia gama de industrias de origen textil, agroindustrial, químicos, entre otros. El uso del suelo es principalmente agricola abstract: The township consist of two Medical Centers of first and second level, a Voluntary Fire Department that provides the best possible fire suppression, emergency medical and fire prevention service and the removal of beehives amongst other services. Because of its size and well trained crew Rionegro’s Fire Department belongs to an entity that its mission besides providing emergency services to Rionegro it also provides aid to neighboring towns. These missions require focus and effectiveness to reduce collateral damage; this is why it is my mission to develop a standard protocol for the proper procedure on taking incoming emergency calls and the proper dispatch of the emergency services to treat all individuals as if they were family.
