Abstract
El trámite de documentos para solicitar el tratamiento de leishmaniasis y la entrega de este desde la Secretaria de Salud Departamental a la UPGD, conlleva a que muchos pacientes diagnosticados no reciban el medicamento a tiempo. El objetivo de este trabajo fue identificar los factores que influyen en la entrega del tratamiento, con el fin de tener elementos que permitan mejorar el proceso de entrega del mismo. | ABSTRACT: The correct steps to solicitate the treatment of leishmaniasis and the potential delivery of the documents from The Secretaria de Salud Departamental to the UPGD carries out that many diagnosed patients do not receive their medicines well on time. The focus of this work was to identify all factors which are involved in delivery process it self.
