dc.description.abstractIn this review, the evidence of the clinical effects produced by the Cannabinoid compounds of the Cannabis Sativa plant of greatest interest at present and for which there is more pharmacological information is presented; the research was carried out for compounds ∆9-THC and CBD, information on mixtures ∆9-THC: CBD and studies on medicinal Cannabis are included. Of the initial number of articles evaluated, 301 successfully corresponded to the inclusion criteria; it was chosen to extract the treatment, the population in which it is carried out, the number of patients included, the administered dose, the measure variables or the effect and their respective statistical. In the information on the population, age is defined based on the inclusion criteria of the respective study and whether or not the subjects present the pathology; the administered doses in each study can be different, according to the evaluated conditions and the parameters of the treated patients.
